1. How does the investment process work?
You can invest in only three simple steps:
- Create an account on the Bondex Platform and make sure your account is verified. Without verification, your investment cannot be settled.
- Click on the “invest now” button here on the Icetubs investment page.
- Enter the number of certificates you want to buy and pay for them via iDEAL or a bank transfer.
2. How much do I need to invest to be able to participate?
You can already participate in the investment round from €259,73. The minimal buy-in is 19 certificates; 1 certificate is currently priced at €13,67.
3. What am I actually buying?
You are buying certificates. These are facilitated by the Icetubs Cooperative, which owns the shares and issues the certificates. With the certificate, you are buying profit rights, which entitle you to your share of future dividend payments. Besides that, the certificates are intended as an option to profit from the future growth of the company and do not contain voting rights.
4. How was the company valued?
The company valuation for this round is set at €16.325.568,73. To get to this figure, we have used the Discounted Cash Flow (DCF) model. If you want to have further information, you can check our Valuation Report or just get in touch with us.
5. Am I liable for anything after the purchase or do I have other obligations?
No. The management of Icetubs is and remains responsible for all operational matters. You, as an investor, have no obligations and you are certainly not liable.
6. I am not living in the Netherlands, can I participate anyway?
Yes. All you need is an IBAN bank account.
7. Where can I find additional information?

Risks and challenges
The offered or expected returns on the depository receipts depend on the profit Icetubs generates. There is a possibility that the profit may be lower than expected. The main risks that could lead to such a scenario are identified as:

Certificates are available on Bondex's Icetubs environment. In the future, the certificates may become tradable on a secondary marketplace of Nxchange. Nevertheless, there is no guarantee that there will be a buyer for any given point in time. Therefore, there is a chance that you have to hold your investment longer or cannot sell them in a short timeframe.
