Nxchange Holding is Europe's Next Generation Stock Exchange for (tokenized) securities and digital assets. In order to fuel our upcoming growth and invest in our international expansion, Nxchange Holding will be offering up to 367,478 new ordinary shares at a price of EUR 10 per share.
367,478 new shares will represent a ~ 12% financial stake of the company.
Raised capital will be allocated to strengthen our regulatory capital, increase our marketing efforts, grow our sales and account management team and acquire / develop new labels.
With this capital raise we aim to grow our platform to €1,3B assets under management (AuM) and get into a strong financial position to raise a Series A round for further expansion.
With the latest technology and the required permits at our disposal, we have all the tools we need to change the way the traditional capital markets run - for the better.
