Be Honest, and Fair

While listed as a rule, this is as much an aspect of your conduct as it is a rule. Users on NXC are here to trade games and enjoy a community of users who are interested in exchanging goods. Please try to be honest when dealing with others here. Be honest when describing your items. Be honest when agreeing to a trade. And be honest when giving trade feedback.

We Deal Only in Originals

All items listed for buy/sell/trade on nxchange MUST be original copies of games/books/movies. You MUST obey all copyright laws. If in doubt, we assume the Copyright laws of the US and Canada.

These cannot be grey market copies, home made "backups" or other non-official products. If its not legal to sell in a used bookstore or at the local library, its not allowed on NXC.

If someone sends you a copy of a title that is illegal, or has made you an offer with a copy that you suspect is illegal, please contact us straight away. Any users found to be dealing with illegal items will have their accounts suspended. Please respect other members and ONLY send legal copies of the items you have listed.

Members are responsible for their own actions

Whether you are listing items for trade, making offers, or sending out items, everything you do is your own responsibility. While NXC tries its best to maintain an environment and site to help traders deal with other honest brokers, we cannot be held responsible for anything outside of the control of the site functionality. When you make a deal with someone, it is at your own risk.

No Porn

Please do not try and list pornographic and adult materials. Some Anime items are very borderline, but outright pornography and adult material is not welcome here.

Multiple Accounts are Prohibited

Each user is only entitled to using a SINGLE account. Using multiple accounts is strictly against the rules. You might be used to using multiple accounts on other sites like Neoseeker, but NXC enforces this rule strictly.

No Fake Trades

Fake trades to try and boost up your rank or activity are a dishonest way of misleading other members of NXC. Worse, if you are found to be using methods such as fake trades to boost your ranking, your account will be suspended.

Only make offers if you mean it

On NXC, offers made to other members is considered a binding commitment on your part to follow through with the offer as sent to the receiving member. Do not make offers if you are not serious, and do not make offers thinking you MIGHT complete the trade if the other side agrees.

If you send an offer, and the other side Accepts the offer, then you are bound by the rules of this site to go through with that exact trade, unless both parties agree to am amicable cancellation of the trade.

Accept an Offer only if you mean it

As with making offers, accepting an offer is also a binding contractual agreement to go through with a trade.
